Home Visits

Doctor's bagPatients whose medical condition prevents them getting to the surgery can be visited at home. Requests for home visits should be made by telephoning 01472 697257 before 10 am wherever possible, except for emergencies which can be requested anytime.
Please remember that several patients can be seen at the surgery in the time it takes to do a home visit.

You can be visited at home by a community nurse if you are referred by your GP. You should also be visited at home by a health visitor if you have recently had a baby or if you are newly registered with a GP and have a child under five years.
