Carers support
A carer is someone of any age who looks after a child, relative, partner or friend in need of help because they have an illness, disability, frailty or a substance misuse problem. The care they provide may be personal, emotional or supervisory and is unpaid.
Patient Participation Group
Our PPG meets at the practice approximately every 6 weeks.
The notes from the previous meeting are available to view on the PPG notice board within the practice.
New members are welcome to join and after leaving contact details with reception will be intially contacted by the chair who will give an over view of the service a PPG offers to the practice.

As a parent, family member or carer, you may be able to access services for someone else. We call this having proxy access. We can set this up for you if you are both registered with us.

Refer yourself to a health service such as talking therapies without having to see a GP first.
Healthy living
NHS advice about healthy living, including eating a balanced diet, healthy weight, exercise, quitting smoking and drinking less alcohol.
Submit readings
Submit a reading to your GP if you have been requested to do so.
