We have a highly skilled team of Practice Nurses based at Clee Medical, who provide a wide range of treatments, advice and support to outpatients. Our Nurses may be able to assist you without the necessity of the need of a Doctor. All our nurses have a wide range of experience and regularly update their skills throughout training sessions.
As a part of the Primary Health Care Team the Nurses have a very important role and deal with many aspects of your care. If you wish to make an appointment, please contact the Receptionists. The Receptionists can help you decide whether it would be better to make appointment with the Doctor or Nurse. You can usually see the Nurse much sooner than the Doctor.

The Management team here at the practice work very closely together to help provide the highest level or support to our staff and the best possible service to our patients.
Tracy is Clee Medical's Finance Manager & deals with the day to day financial running of the surgery.
Tracy will also deals with any maintenance issues and also orders both clinical and non clinical supplies.
Assistant Practice Manager
Supervisor - Amber helps with the day to day running of the administration, secretaries and reception teams. Helping to arrange cover and assisting the Administration Manager with staffing concerns and patient complaints. The supervisors also assist the GP's in their administration tasks.
Main responsibilities include registering new patients & ensuring that all INR results and changes of medication are conveyed to patients. Other duties include liaising with the district nurses to ensure housebound patients are reviewed. All path lab results are dealt with on a daily basis.

Responsible for the input of screening and prevention data on the computer, input of chronic and acute disease data on the computer.

Sam has a number of roles within the admin team which include prescriptions, scanning, INR's and patient administration.
Receptionists provide an important link for patients within the practice and are your initial contact point for appointments and general enquiries. Receptionists can provide basic information on services and results and direct you to the right person depending on your health issue or query. Receptionists make most of the patient appointments with the GPs and nurses and service the reception desk in the main waiting area and also the call centre on the 1st floor.
The secretarial Team work very closely with the Doctors producing patient referrals and preparing medical reports.
